Once the paper has been accepted, the registered author(s) will be entitled to receive an invitation letter to attend the conference, so they can present their research work. This letter will be sent by the conference local chair to the author who will present the accepted paper(s) at the conference. ICAIMT is not authorized to help authors of accepted papers with the VISA application after issuing the invitation letter. If the visa application is not successful ICAIMT cannot change the decision of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and will not be engaged in any correspondence with the UAE embassy on behalf of the applicant.
