How to submit a short paper?

Submission Guidelines:

The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Management and Trends (ICAIMT) 2025 invites submissions from researchers including research students, to present their work in artificial intelligence applications and trends. 

Important Dates:

  • Submission Deadline: March 15, 2025 April 10,2025
  • Registration Deadline: April 30, 2025
  • Conference Dates: May 21–22, 2025

Conference Tracks:

Submissions are welcome in various AI-related topics, including but not limited to:

  • Strategic AI Leadership
  • AI Governance and Ethics
  • Generative AI
  • AI Management
  • AI in Education
  • AI in Healthcare 
  • AI Frameworks

Submission Guidelines:

  • Format: Submissions should adhere to the conference's formatting guidelines.
  • Length: While the specific page limit for short papers isn't explicitly mentioned, authors are encouraged to adhere to standard short paper lengths, typically 2–4pages.
  • Originality: Papers must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • 2400 words maximum including references 
  • Short Paper format: Use the Short Paper template
  • All short papers will be subject to at least 2 peer reviews by experts in the fields.
  • How to Submit: All papers must be submitted electronically and directly to the conference chair  via email  to chair@icaimt.com  -- Subject line : ICAIMT Short Paper submission

APA format, focus on recent sources

 

 All accepted short papers will be published in the official conference proceedings with an ISBN number. This ensures visibility, credibility, and academic recognition for your work. The short papers will not be included in the JIKM journal.
