Since the accepted papers at the ICAIMT conference will be published by The Journal of information & Knowledge Management this necessitates that the research paper submitted to be original works that have not been submitted anywhere for review in other journals / conferences and has not been published before. If any part of the submitted work was published before, the author must inform the conference program chair in writing and clearly highlight these parts in the submitted manuscript. The ICAIMT welcomes the below types of papers:
1- Research papers that show original and new ideas in the main conference themes (AI).
2- Application papers that use AI in certain applications related to the conference themes.
3- Review papers with in depth critical analysis on the ICAIMT’s related themes
All submissions should be double-spaced, with at least 1-inch margins, and adhered to the lengths specified above (including all headings, abstract, main body, tables, figures, diagrams and references), and submitted online in Microsoft Word format.
To enable a blind review process, the corresponding author should prepare a cover page that includes the title of the paper, the names and affiliations of all authors, and up to 5 keywords. The authors’ affiliations should not be included on the original manuscript.
Below are the research paper’s requirements in the ICAIMT
1- It must be an original papers that has not been published or is currently under consideration in any other research venues (journals / conferences)
2- It must be related to the ICAIMT’s main research themes
3- It must be written in clear English
4- It must have Abstract, Introduction, Methods and Conclusions with proper APA references and citations.
Submitted papers will be sent out to at least two reviewers specialized in the paper’s research area. The reviewing process is important in ensuring good contributions and quality information. Authors will be notified of the reviewers’ assessments and may need to modify their paper according to the reviewers’ feedback.
All references and citations in the submitted research papers to ICAIMT should use APA reference style.
All reqular paper submissions to the ICAIMT conference should be done online via JIKM’s Editorial Manager (EM).

- Ensure that the conference abbreviation (ICAIMT) is the first keyword in the paper’s title.
