We ensure fair and rapid evaluation of all submitted research papers to the ICAIMT conference to adhere with JIKM’s journal review process. To maintain high quality, every submitted paper follows a thorough review process:
1- No Duplicate Submissions: Papers submitted to other venues at the same time will not be accepted.
2- Theme Check: Papers that do not match the ICAIMT’s main themes will not be sent for reviewed.
3- Specialized Reviewers: All papers will be reviewed by at least two independent specialized reviewers.
4- Confidentiality: Manuscripts are private and must be handled confidentially by chairs and reviewers.
5- Conflict of Interest: Reviewers and authors must disclose any conflicts of interest
6- Ethics: Information obtained during peer review must not be used for personal or competitive advantage.
7- Anonymity: Reviewers' identities are kept confidential.
